Rosario is situated in the Paraná Delta, a large region full of small subtropical islets, lakes and smaller rivers. Continue to the centre of Rosario, until you reach the Plaza 35 de Mayo, the city’s focal point. Major landmark there is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Rosario (Basílica Catedral de Nuestra Señora del Rosario), beautifully decorated with Stained glass depicting religious scenes.
