    • Leaving Skanderbeg Square, pay a visit to Albania’s National Arts Gallery, with works of art by national artists dating back to the 13th century.
Keep walking until you meet the district of Ujvara, where the impressive Piramida, a reminder of Hoxha’s rule and now almost destroyed monument.

Outside the city, at the foot of Mount Dajti, the Porcelani area is located, where, as the name implies, the famous porcelains are created.

At the same neighbourhood, you will find the National Archaeological Museum of Albania, housing archaeological collections, artifacts and precious findings from antiquity. Within short distance, Albania’s National Library and the Museum of Natural Sciences will complete your acquaintance with Albania’s history and culture.

    Albanian is Tirana’s official language.
